With over 40 years' experience in public accounting, Larry has both carried on a family legacy and developed his own unique talents. He held the position of chairman of the Bond Beebe Audit Department for over 20 years, and he is currently one of the principals responsible for final review of our Firm's accounting and auditing engagements. A distinguished author and engaging speaker, Larry serves the accounting community regularly by contributing to industry publications, participating in seminars, and teaching classes. Professional ExperienceSince 1965, our clients at labor unions, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit organizations, construction companies, and law firms have benefited from Larry's expert understanding of audit engagements, operational systems, computer systems, corporate and individual taxes, profit sharing plans, and pension plans. Larry ensures the quality of specialized services for a variety of our clients, including several private foundations and not-for-profits. Through his integrity and experience, Larry has earned a reputation as being exceptionally adept in the auditing of labor organizations, Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans, and employer contributions to those plans. He is a frequent speaker for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and has been an advisory director for that organization. He is also a regular contributor to its many publications. Larry was also a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Expert Panel. Additionally, Larry has taught auditing courses for over 20 years at the University of Maryland, and for various CPA review courses. He has also taught auditing in continuing education programs for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, AHI Associates and various state CPA societies.
