Geoffrey “Geoff” D. Brown, CPA, is a principal at Bond Beebe with over 30 years of experience. Geoff is a seasoned professional and advises clients in a wide range of industry areas, both domestic and international, including small to medium-sized businesses in the construction industry, distributorships, retailers, wholesalers, venture capital firms, and research and development companies. His not-for-profit clients have included organizations such as employee benefit plans, political organizations including PACs, charitable organizations, condominium and homeowners associations, public interest groups, trade and professional associations. In addition, Geoff heads Bond Beebe’s Small Business Team and is part of the firms Personnel Committee.

Professional Background
Mr. Brown began his career in the comptroller’s office of a large insurance company. Upon joining Bond Beebe, he began working with a diverse set of clients and gained an exceptionally broad range of experience. Geoff has worked with established and start-up small businesses, government grant recipients and not-for-profit organizations. This breadth of experience enables him to speak to and provide strategies for almost any tax and business situation his clients may face.

Education and Affiliations
Geoff holds a Bachelor of Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He is a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (WSAE), the Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer and Director of the Methodist Home of the District of Columbia, and resides on the board for Sibley Memorial Hospital and Wesley Theological Seminary Foundation. Geoff is also a Family Firm advisor.
