Jay Reddersen, CPA

Principal

For over 30 years, Jay’s tax work for Bond Beebe has revolved around intergenerational financial, estate and tax planning, providing an educational foundation for clients in their decision-making process to understand their options and the recommendations offered. He explores and develops tax strategies for individuals, families, small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, retirement plans and related entities. Jay also serves as the president of Bond Beebe Financial Advisors, LLC, a group which emphasizes intergenerational planning with investment strategies and options to meet individuals', families' and other entities' financial goals. He is part of Bond Beebe’s Executive Committee and serves as a trustee of their pension and profit sharing plan, holds general securities licenses and is a registered investment advisor representative.

Tom Luhn, CPA

Senior Tax Manager

Tom has been devising strategic solutions to fit the diverse needs of Bond Beebe’s tax and investment advisory clientele for over 30 years. Working with corporate, individual and not-for-profit tax clients, Tom has developed expert knowledge and skill in sophisticated tax planning and preparation, estate planning and retirement planning. Prior to working at Bond Beebe, Tom headed his own successful accounting firm in Northern Virginia, primarily working as a tax and employee benefits consultant to small businesses. His sector focus is the taxation of pass-through entities and high net-worth individuals. Tom has also taught tax and accounting classes as an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia and Strayer University.

Glenn Bailey, CPA

Senior Tax Manager

Glenn has over ten years of tax experience performing review and compilation engagements and tax planning and preparation as tax manager of Bond Beebe’s Virginia office. He supervises staff and works with clients on tax planning and returns; Glenn’s focus is primarily related to real estate projects and small business.

Eric Fletcher, CPA

Senior Tax Manager

Eric Fletcher has over 14 years of tax experience in public accounting working primarily with small to mid-size privately held companies and high net-worth individuals. He specializes in the taxation of partnerships, LLC’s and S corporations but is well versed in all aspects of planning for closely-held businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, succession and estate planning, capital budgeting and investment analysis. Eric emphasizes a holistic approach giving due consideration to the practical implications of planning beyond the filing of the tax return.

Brian Wynne, EA

Tax Manager

Brian has more than seven years of experience in Bond Beebe’s tax department, helping to drive tax compliance work with an eye towards the rapidly evolving nature of the tax preparation field. He has worked extensively on preparation and review of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns; and is proficient in preparation of fiduciary, gift and employee benefit plan tax returns. Brian uses this experience to provide comprehensive tax planning and retirement planning to individuals and small businesses.

Kelly I. Lopez , CPA

Senior Tax Accountant

Kelly has over five years experience in Bond Beebe's Tax Department.  While Kelly has worked extensively in the individual income tax area, including planning and compliance, she focuses primarily on small businesses.  Kelly works closely with many of the Firm's real estate clients.

William H. Thomas IV, CPA

Senior Tax Accountant

William ‘Billy’ Thomas is a Senior Tax Accountant at Bond Beebe, where he specializes in family wealth planning and taxation.  He has had the opportunity to develop his knowledge in a wide variety of tax topics, with a focus on individual income tax, fiduciary income tax and estate/gift tax.  In addition to his primary emphasis on individual and transfer taxes, Billy has developed an expertise in household payroll taxation and personal property taxation.  Throughout tax season he also donates time to Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), a program that helps students and low-income individuals file their income tax returns.  Within the professional community, Billy is actively involved with the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA).  He is currently the Chair of the Young and Emerging Accountants Committee of the GWSCPA and a contributing member to the Tax Committee of the GWSCPA. 

Jobe M. Dupré, CPA

Senior Tax Accountant

Jobé is a Senior Tax Accountant at Bond Beebe, where he focuses on individual taxation and prepares and reviews small business tax returns.  In addition to individual and small business taxation, Jobé's experience includes transfer pricing and not-for-profit taxation.  Before coming to Bond Beebe, Jobé held positions at both a "Big 4" and a local firm, where he led the not-for-profit taxation group. 

Scott Reddersen

Senior Tax Accountant

Scott has over three years of experience in Bond Beebe’s Tax Department, where he concentrates on tax compliance and planning for high net-worth individuals.  In addition, he has gained experience with a wide variety of taxation topics including foreign compliance and reporting, household payroll, and personal property.  He has experience providing tax compliance services for many diverse entities, including employee benefit plans, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.
