to unrelated third parties who need to know that information in order to assist us in providing
services to you and only in conjunction with clear communication of the confidential and
personal nature of that information and with assurances that they will treat such information

Advisors, LLC, our affiliated entity for the purpose of offering the opportunity to receive financial
