The Bond Beebe family is great, but you need time with your own family, too. Our family friendly workplace takes your personal life and family obligations seriously - this is what we mean by "pro-employee":

January through April are notorious months for long hours in our profession. Whether your focus is tax or audit, chances are you'll work extra hard during these months. We can't make the deadlines go away, but we offer flexibility and trust you'll get your work done so Saturdays are optional during these months. Work if you need to but, otherwise, enjoy some time with your family and friends. We know the downtime makes us all more pleasant to be around the rest of the week, and probably more productive, too!

Reducing your schedule in the summer is a great way to offset your heavier work-schedule at the beginning of the year. Three-day weekends for a couple months? Nice!

Whether you'd like to adjust your workday so you can pick up and drop off kids, take a class, or study for the CPA exam, your work schedule is within your control. We believe that every person can have a unique schedule that works for them.

If commuting to the office sometimes just doesn't make sense, we encourage telecommuting. Because we use the latest technology, including paperless audits, this is easier than ever. It's a great way to approach work/home balance when you're starting a family, too.

Whether you love to travel or would rather not, we can accommodate you. We offer opportunities to see other parts of our country like California, Hawaii and Florida. But if you're a homebody or if getting away is too taxing on your family, we've got plenty of work locally, too. Just let us know your preference.

We've discussed the work role and family/personal role, but there's also another important role that we have as members of a community. While we never require it - it's a personal choice - you're invited to join us as we support a variety of charitable causes, usually through hands-on involvement.
