Jay joined Bond Beebe in 1978 and his role today embodies the importance of intergenerational financial, estate and tax planning. Jay's philosophy is to provide an educational foundation for clients in their decision-making process so that they understand their options and the recommendations among those options.

In addition to his tax work, he also serves as the president of Bond Beebe Financial Advisors, LLC, a group which emphasizes intergenerational planning with investment strategies and options to meet individuals', families' and other entities' financial goals. Jay also serves on the Executive Committee and serves as a trustee of Bond Beebe's pension and profit sharing plan.

Professional Experience
Jay has more than 25 years experience in exploring and developing tax strategies for individuals, families, small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, retirement plans and related entities. Jay emphasizes the personal needs and concerns of individuals, families and business owners in tailoring tax strategies to best conform to those needs. Jay holds general securities licenses and is a registered investment advisor representative.
