Professional Experience
By working with corporate, individual and not-for-profit tax clients, Tom has developed expert knowledge and skill in sophisticated tax planning and preparation, estate planning and retirement planning. Tom joined the firm in 1997 after heading his own successful accounting firm in Northern Virginia for eight years, where he worked primarily as a tax and employee benefits consultant to small businesses.

Tom's sector focus is the high-tech industry, the Dulles Corridor and in pass-through entities. He is also an adjunct tax and accounting professor at The University of Virginia and Strayer University.
